The position is responsible for admin related tasks assigned by the GM in addition to PR related to work related processes.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Assist in meetings held with clients.
- Follow-up with clients on their related work tasks.
- Follow-up with suppliers or subcontracts on work tasks.
- Prepare quotations, presentations and offers submission.
- Follow-up and attend to clients inquiry and if required outbound sales calls.
- Filing, organizing work related to GM.
- Coordinate with Operations on scheduled work agenda.

**Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge**:

- Fluency in English
- Arabic Speaking is advantage
- Proficiency in MS office
