Al Rayyan Restaurant Management W.L.L., a dynamic and growing company in the Food and Beverage industry, is seeking a skilled and experienced Procurement Officer with a background in Food and Beverage (F&B) to join our team.

Job Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain relationships with F&B suppliers, ensuring the timely and cost-effective procurement of quality products.
- Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers to secure advantageous agreements for the company.
- Collaborate with the Quality Control team to ensure that F&B products meet the company's standards and specifications.
Cost Management: Implement cost-effective procurement strategies while maintaining the quality of F&B supplies.
- Stay informed about market trends, pricing, and new products within the F&B industry.
- Oversee the end-to-end procurement process, from requisition to delivery, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Procurement Officer, preferably with a focus on F&B.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers.
- In-depth knowledge of F&B products, market trends, and supplier networks.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with procurement software and tools.
- With valid QID and NOC.
