Application Support Engineer - WMS

**Job Summary**

Commercial Bank Innovation Services is looking to hire a Application Support Engineer
- Wealth Management Systems.

**Key Accountabilities**
- Providing 1st, 2nd support to Banking Applications such as Brokerage system, WMS/PMS/AMS system in terms of upgrades and projects and BAU.
- Perform initial design reviews and recommend improvements and Provide recommendations for continuous improvements.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with data scientist, business users, project managers and other engineers to achieve elegant solutions.
- Managing code migration across environments to ensure continued and synchronized functionality.
- Ensure continuous knowledge development and participate effectively in knowledge transfers programs.
- Strong Capability to help end users and business in reporting to regulatory by providing the necessary reports.
- Extending support for new implementations and projects that would include manage projects from Application Support side.

**Qualification And Experience**

**Required Qualifications**:

- A bachelor's degree in software engineering, computer science, information technology, information systems, computer engineering, or similar.

**Required Experience**:

- Good experience in Micro services (Spring Boot, Spring Cloud).Good and strong experience of Apache Tomcat, Apache Camel, Apache Cxf, Jasper Reports, EHCache, Hibernate
- Experience with API Gateway is preferred.Good Experience in Database Programming Using PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL and Oracle.
- Good experience in Web Service (REST & SOAP).Experience in using Apache-Log4j frameworks
- Good understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).Strong collaboration and investigative skills and the ability to cross reference information for accuracy
- Banking knowledge and prior experience with Wealth Management software e.g. Comarch, Additive, Temenos etc. preferred.
