Job Title: Quality Methods & Reporting Engineer Location: Doha, Qatar Duration: 2 Years Status: Residential ACCOUNTABILITIES The job holder is accountable for the following activities during project execution by Major Project Division: " To participate to MP Performance monitoring by managing Quality-related KPI and MP Quality reporting. " To enhance Continuous Improvement process within MP by recording and expediting the Audit (external and internal) findings and Project Review findings, " Capture Lessons Learnt in Faidah (Lessons Learnt Database) during all Project phases, from FEED till Hand Over to FOPS. " To organize Lessons Learnt meeting across the Packages to share MP Lessons Learnt and capture the new ones into the system. " To promote Continuous Improvement culture across MP department and develop associated communication and training among MP. JOB DIMENSIONS Al Shaheen field development will involve several new EPC Projects: The on-going Phase 2 (Gallaf) Project consists of: " Batch2 EPCIC4: Two 24 slots WHP (EH, CE) jacket + topsides to process and send production to bridge linked existing facilities. " Batch3 EPCIC5: Two 24 to 30 slots WHP (G East, G West) jacket + topsides (8000 MT each) to process and send production through subsea lines to new Central Processing Platform. It includes CPP jacket and bridge heavy lifts. " Batch3 EPCIC6: CPP (10-15.000MT topsides) +interconnecting' bridge to link to the existing facilities and will be fitted with all production and utility facilities to process Batch3 production and further unlock G location potential. " Batch3 EPCIC7: Pipeline, umbilical and riser's installation between G East and G West WHP and CPP. The Phase 3.1 Project consists of: " New Wellhead Platforms: From 9 to 11 WHP of different type " New Riser Platform, living quarter, " New Central Processing Facility: One CPF with weight estimate around 22-25kt, " New pipelines between WHP, CPF and existing facilities, " Potential of additional pipeline/equipment linked to debottlenecking of existing facilities, Water Alternate Gas, Electrical submerged pumps, The Methods & Reporting Engineer is MP's Quality focal point for the rollout of MP's Quality Management System Procedures for Continuous Improvement including Quality KPI reporting, Internal and external Audit Findings follow-up and Lessons Learnt process implementation. He will be based in the Major Projects premises in Doha. QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED " Qualification: Master's Degree or BSC degree with minimum of 15 years experiences in the oil and gas industry in QAQC environment. " Vocational qualifications: ISO 9001 Lead Audit experienced. " Familiar with General Specifications, EDMS, Quality International standards " Language: Fluent English, " Computer Conversant with usual business suites (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access databases).
