**Department**
ASSET INTEGRITY (MESAIEED OPERATIONS)

**Primary purpose of job**:

- Devise equipment strategies for failure prevention for E&I assets implying modern techniques as Failure Mode Effect
Analysis or RCM method.
- Perform comprehensive equipment failure investigations in cross functional team settings, RCA reporting and LFI's.
- Management of Safety Critical Elements in operating environment.
- Collaborates with OAO(M) Optimization engineers in conducting maintenance strategy, PM Optimization studies, risk

spares optimization, and criticality analysis for operational assets. Additionally, participates in HAZOP/HAZID/SIL study
- workshops for projects and plant modifications, and provides technical assistance to develop department strategies,

policies, budgets, and programs.

**Experience & Skills**
- Minimum 15 Years of Experience in Oil & Gas/Petrochemical industry leading up to experienced Reliability Engineer role

fully abreast of Reliability Assurance processes & principals.
- Hands on Experience and knowledge in all the Reliability approaches required to determine optimum maintenance

strategies.
- Excellent experience and knowledge in assets performance management systems and Maintenance strategies design.
- Deep experience and knowledge about NGL plants processes with good experience in improving systems uptime and

plant availability.
- Hands on Experience & excellent knowledge in Reliability techniques and tools that includes:

- FCA / ECA (Functional Criticality Analysis / Equipment Criticality Analysis)
- FMEA (Failure Mode & Effect Analysis)
- RCM (Reliability Centred Maintenance)
- RCFA (Root Cause Failure Analysis)
- PM optimization
- RAM analysis, reliability modelling & simulations
- Preferred to have an international Reliability Certification
- Appropriate expertise in using computer features to perform reliability studies/analysis.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills

**Education**
Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering OR Instrumentation & Controls OR Electronic Engineering.
