- Conduct regular inspections and quality audits.

**Team Leadership**:

- Lead, motivate, and mentor project teams, including carpenters, subcontractors, and support staff.
- Foster a collaborative and positive working environment.

**Client Communication**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project progress and addressing any concerns.
- Ensure client satisfaction through effective communication and problem resolution.

**Safety and Compliance**:

- Implement and enforce safety protocols and compliance with local regulations.
- Conduct regular safety meetings and inspections.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager with a focus on carpentry projects.
- In-depth knowledge of carpentry techniques, materials, and industry best practices.
- Familiarity with local regulations and construction standards in Qatar.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication skills in English; Arabic language proficiency is a plus.
- Familiarity with project management software.
