We are Hiring HSE Officer NEBOSH IGC (All 3 units) certification should be completed in 2024.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Enforce compliance with company and project HSE policies and procedures
- Conduct regular site inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits
- Investigate incidents and prepare detailed reports with corrective actions
- Deliver safety inductions, toolbox talks, and awareness sessions
- Coordinate with site teams and subcontractors to maintain HSE standards

**Requirements**:

- Must have civil and oil and gas expirence in GCC
- **NEBOSH IGC (All 3 units) certification is mandatory**:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in HSE roles, preferably in construction or industrial projects
- Familiarity with Qatari safety regulations and international HSE best practices
- Strong communication and documentation skills
