Ensure delivery of high-quality 3D model of facilities that is fit for purpose and can be procured, fabricated, transported, installed, and operated safely, meeting the requirements of COMPANY standard, project basis of design, and SOR.
- Ensure assigned project tasks are well managed in accordance with the project execution plan and contractual requirements that includes:

- Thorough, efficient, and timely review of 3D model and related documents to ensure it is performed at the targeted level of details according to the associated engineering phase.
- Assist in proper set up of AVEVA E3D and roll out (support during the deploy, consult on technical issues and configuration, database structure, working instructions, deliverables extraction)
- Conduct effective interface with MP AVEVA 3D Administrator in order to provide timely quality support to CPY Package Team and EPCIC Contractor.
- Assist to project studies and meeting as per project approved gate levels and design maturity
- Identifying potential risks and scope changes, conducting initial impact assessment to provide detailed information to Package Engineering Coordinator.
- The scope of activities will concern green field (new development), brownfield activities (on existing platforms) and integration works. The activities include the review and comment of engineering and vendor documentation to ensure compliance with design dossier, SOR, Company specifications
- Major Projects involve the development of new offshore platforms, integration to the existing facilities, installation of subsea pipelines, debottlenecking of existing functions, all these activities will be executed across several international sites. Projects involves complex interfaces with other entities of COMPANY.
- Engineering development take place EPCIC Engineering premises and then project team will move to fabrication yard of the Contractor.
- Possibility of multiple worldwide missions or relocations to follow-up engineering development with various contractors.

**About this role**
- Ensure and coordinate the proper realization of the Project 3D model in compliance with COMPANY Standard, project specifications and procedures, time schedule, required level of quality and safety. In particular, ensure escape ways and safety devices are modelled in compliance with safety requirements.
- Review and comment the 3D models, address all punches to contractors with resolution proposals. Develop and update punch list registers, report regularly resolution progress to package engineering contractor.
- Review the punch point clearance proposals made by contractors, define their acceptability with COMPANY involves parties (engineering, operations, etc.). Remain pro-active in proposing solutions to clear the punch points.
- Identify any optimization / improvement in the design dossier to be implemented in the early stage of detailed design, promote, and encourage submissions of value engineering proposals.
- Promote fit for purpose design to reduce and to optimize planning and costs,
- Ensure as far as possible standardization of design proposals for wellhead platforms
- Organize and animate internal COMPANY 3D model reviews with engineering disciplines in order to capture comments and clashes, to ensure compliance with discipline requirements and COMPANY specifications.
- Focus on access, handling and maintainability of the various equipment. Lead the review the handling philosophies and dedicated handling reports, ensure compliance with vendor requirements
- Follow-up of engineering development activities progress related to piping/valves/vessels (PVV) engineering systems by the contractors, the LLI and packages vendors (as applicable) for the Major Projects. The scope of activities.
- Ensure close coordination with other disciplines on all engineering, constructability, and operational matters during detailed design developments; typically, 3D model development, layout reviews, etc.
- Identify 3D model and layout technical decisions to be made. Define and manage clear way forward for these decisions to be made and report to Package Engineering Coordinator
- Ensure that relevant feedback/lesson learned from previous similar projects are considered in the design performance.
- Support fabrication and construction engineering on review of engineering documents, modification approval, non-conformity reviews and assist in closer of punch lists
- Support project during installation and hookup stage and review/approval work-pack, review of red-marks
- Ensure the preparation and the setup of the E3D models delivered to the engineering CTR
- Work closely with MP AVEVA 3D Administrator to ensure E3D model libraries are UpToDate
- Assist in planning and preparation of 3D model kick-off meeting with EPC Contractor
- Support EPCIC Contractor in full set up of AVEVA E3D product; Respond and guide CTR to solve issues faced by CTR with COMPANY provided libraries, database in close coordination with MP AVE
