**ARCHITECT - FEMALE**

We are in search of an Arabic Female architect with a who is required to begin work in Qatar (Doha) initially, with plans for a transition to Saudi Arabia (Al-Riyadh).

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- A minimum of 5 years' experience within the (GCC) region.
- Take responsibility of the projects from concept, study, execution to completion.
- Take initiative in seeking out new business opportunities by visiting potential client companies to understand their needs and promote our services, while also maintaining and fostering relationships with existing clients and actively seeking new partnerships and projects.
- Collaborate closely and attend meetings with clients, architects, designers, engineers, contractors, sub-contractors and suppliers.
- Must have communication skills and tactful when dealing with clients, and keep a good work relationship with them and motivate them to start new projects.
- Liaising with clients to ensure all issues are addressed in a timely manner, and that project requirements are met.
- Always seeking for the development and progress of the company.
- Conceptualize and Prepare AutoCAD shop drawings with all details.
- Prepare 3D Designs.
- Prepare BOQ, Material Submittal sheets, Observations & Comments Sheet,and checking any quotation and invoice before the official submittal.
- Submit work inspections, Material inspections
- Monitoring the work of the team members and making recommendations or scheduling workshops as required.
- Providing guidance to subcontractors at site like builders, plumbers, and electricians, and helping them interpret design specifications.
- Ensuring the team works together to achieve set goals and targets.
- Monitor job progress & establish a project deadline
- Help with creating the content of social media by preparing daily videos or pictures of work progress and submitting
- Currently residing in Qatar with valid QID
- Willing to reloctae in Riyadh KSA
- Immediate joiner

**Salary**: QAR8,000.00 - QAR12,000.00 per month
