**Job Summary**

Our client is a global player in the pharmaceutical industry, and they are seeking a highly skilled Finance Director to lead their financial operations and contribute to their ongoing success and growth.

**Key Roles**:

- **Financial Leadership**: Lead the global finance function, ensuring the financial health and stability of the company across all regions.
- **Strategic Financial Planning**: Work closely with the executive team to develop and implement financial strategies that align with business objectives.
- **Team Leadership**: Oversee and mentor a global finance team, ensuring efficient and compliant financial operations across all subsidiaries.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Financial Reporting and Analysis**: Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- **Risk and Compliance Management**: Ensure adherence to all regulatory and compliance requirements across multiple regions, managing financial risks effectively.
- **Cost Optimisation**: Implement cost-saving initiatives and drive operational efficiencies to enhance profitability while maintaining high standards in quality and service.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: QAR130,000.00 per year
