**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the K2 platform, including monitoring, tuning performance, and resolving issues.
- Collaborate with various teams to gather business requirements and translate them into effective K2 workflows and solutions.
- Configure and maintain K2 environments, including servers, services, and integrations, to support business processes and meet organizational needs.
- Implement security best practices, manage user access, and ensure data protection to comply with regulatory standards.
- Develop and maintain documentation, including standard operating procedures and troubleshooting guides, to support ongoing operations.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
- Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshoot system issues, and escalate complex problems as needed.
- Stay updated on industry trends and K2 platform updates to drive continuous improvement.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proficiency in configuring, deploying, and maintaining K2 blackpearl/K2 Five environments.
- Strong understanding of business process management concepts and workflow automation.
- Experience with system monitoring tools, performance optimization, and troubleshooting.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- K2 blackpearl/K2 Five certification.
- Experience with Microsoft SharePoint integration.
- Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell) and web development technologies.

Pay: QAR10,000.00 - QAR12,000.00 per month
