**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure the stability and reliability of the K2 platform, including software updates, patches, and system upgrades.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise, working closely with cross-functional teams to identify root causes and implement solutions.
- Manage system configurations, including user permissions, security settings, and integration points.
- Develop and maintain documentation, including system configurations, maintenance procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
- Implement best practices for system backup and disaster recovery, ensuring data integrity and business continuity.
- Coordinate with external vendors and support partners to escalate and resolve technical issues.
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies related to business process automation and system maintenance.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Strong understanding of K2 platform architecture, components, and integration points.
- Experience with system monitoring and performance tuning.
- Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell) for automation and task scheduling.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- K2 blackpearl/K2 Five certification.
- Experience with SharePoint integration.
- Knowledge of.NET framework and web development technologies.

Pay: QAR10,000.00 - QAR12,000.00 per month
