Job Title**:Cook, Commis, Demi Chef de Partie, CDP - Continental Cuisine**

Starting Monthly Salary:
**Commis III / Kitchen Helper: QAR 1,800**

**Commis II: QAR 2,000**

**Commis I: QAR 2,300**

**Demi Chef de Partie: QAR 2,500**

**Chef de Partie: QAR 3,000**

**Senior CDP: QAR 3,500**

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and cook a variety of continental dishes according to established recipes and standards, ensuring consistent quality and taste.
- Execute daily menu items with precision and efficiency, maintaining proper cooking techniques and adherence to food safety guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned station, ensuring all tools, equipment, and ingredients are readily available.
- Work collaboratively with the culinary team to ensure smooth and efficient service, supporting other stations as needed.
- Assist in monitoring inventory levels and rotating stock to minimize waste and ensure freshness of ingredients.

**Qualifications**:

- Can speak English well, and Arabic (preferred)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as Cook / Chef, with a proven expertise in continental cuisine.
- Strong culinary skills, including knife handling, cooking techniques, and plating presentation. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and prioritize effectively. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- In-depth knowledge of continental cuisine, including classic dishes, ingredients, and flavor profiles. Understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Culinary degree or equivalent professional training is preferred but not required.

Pay: QAR1,800.00 - QAR3,000.00 per month
