Managing the tests raw materials and finished products in Accordance with organization policy, procedures and specifications.
- Prepares and maintains a variety of records and files related to Q.C activities and operations.
- Takes proper decisions regarding any non conformity in process or products
- Inspect, sample, and conduct routine and special laboratory testing on all kind of detergents samples with appropriate standard test methods.
- Follows the calibration schedules for Laboratory equipments Maintains the Laboratory equipments in good conditions and ensure they are all calibrated prior to use.
- Supervising production process and ensuring about the achieving of production plan.
- Implementation and maintain ISO, SASO standard rules and procedures and specifications.
- Preparation of standard & buffer solutions with different concentration.
- Preparation of chemical audit reports, MSDS &Chemical technical data sheets.
- Good knowledge with standards ISO 9001:2008
- Establish product specifications and procedures as required for R & D projects.
- Develop new products and improve functioning of existing products.
- Develop reports and documents detailing project processes, results and conclusions.
- Formulate product prototypes and evaluate them for chemical and physical properties, performance, and stability.
- Prepare and provide samples for laboratory and field testing for efficacy and safety

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: QAR3,000.00 - QAR4,500.00 per month
