- Present findings through comprehensive reports, dashboards, and presentations to key stakeholders and leadership.

- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, technological advancements, and competitive positioning.
- Support the marketing and sales teams with customer segmentation analysis, churn analysis, and product positioning recommendations.
- Work alongside the CX team to continuously improve customer satisfaction metrics by identifying pain points and opportunities for innovation.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Market Research, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in market research or data analysis, ideally in the automotive or related sectors.
- Proven experience in using data science tools like Python, R, SQL, and data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Strong understanding of research methodologies and experience conducting both qualitative and quantitative research.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to convey complex data in simple, actionable insights.

**Preferred**:

- Experience in the automotive sector.
- Knowledge of CRM systems and customer analytics.
- Familiarity with AI tools and predictive analytics.

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Market research or data analysis: 3 years (required)
- Data science tools (Python, R, SQL, & Data Visual.)): 2 years (required)
