**Job Title: Condition Monitoring Assistant - MV/HV Electrical Network**

**Location**: Doha, Qatar
**Contract Duration**: 2 Years (Renewable)
**Working Days**: 6 Days a Week
**Working Hours**: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM
**Start Date**: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Salary : QAR 6,000 /Per Month

**About the Opportunity**:
We are hiring on behalf of one of our reputed multinational clients—a global leader in engineering and technology services—for the role of **Condition Monitoring Assistant**. This role is part of a high-profile electrical infrastructure project in collaboration with **Kahramaa**, Qatar’s primary utility provider.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Work under the supervision and guidance of the **Team Leader - Condition Monitoring**.
- Execute assigned field tasks in accordance with the **approved method statements** and safety protocols.
- Perform **Partial Discharge (PD)** and **Infrared Thermography (IR)** measurements across MV/HV substations and equipment.
- Analyze and detect abnormalities using field instruments, and promptly report any deviations to the Team Leader.
- Assist in maintaining equipment integrity and ensure that no damage occurs to Kahramaa’s assets during work.
- Contribute to the **collection and documentation** of inspection data using digital tools or tablets as per site procedures.
- Participate in toolbox talks and adhere to all **EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety)** requirements and regulations at site.

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Three-year **Full-Time Diploma in Electrical Engineering** from a recognized institution or university acceptable to Kahramaa.

**Experience Requirements**:

- Minimum of **5 years of hands-on experience** in electrical systems, specifically within **transmission and distribution substations**.
- Sound understanding of **high-voltage installations** and associated safety protocols.
- Familiarity with **Partial Discharge (PD) detection methods** and analysis techniques relevant to substation monitoring.

**Mandatory Certifications**:

- **Thermography Level-1 Certification** from an accredited and Kahramaa-approved institute.
- Certification and training relevant to **PD detection**, electrical safety, and substation monitoring must be available and submitted upon request.

**Required Skills**:

- Strong technical aptitude in electrical condition monitoring.
- Ability to use handheld and digital diagnostic tools.
- High attention to detail and strong observational skills.
- Good communication and team coordination.
- Familiarity with digital documentation and data entry is an added advantage.
- Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of local languages is beneficial.
