**About the Opportunity**:
We are hiring on behalf of one of our esteemed clients, a **leading multinational engineering and technology company**, for the position of **Team Leader - Electrical Asset Condition Monitoring**. This is a high-responsibility role focused on managing and supervising site operations related to the condition monitoring of MV/HV electrical assets within the Kahramaa network in Qatar.

**Contract Duration**: 2 Years (Renewable)
**Working Days**: 6 Days a Week
**Working Hours**: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM
**Start Date**: Immediate Joiners Preferred

**About the Opportunity**:
We are hiring on behalf of one of our esteemed clients, a **leading multinational engineering and technology company**, for the position of **Team Leader—Electrical Asset Condition Monitoring**. This is a high-responsibility role focused on managing and supervising site operations related to the condition monitoring of MV/HV electrical assets within the Kahramaa network in Qatar.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Receive safety documentation from Kahramaa and ensure authorized access to substations.
- Lead and supervise a team of technicians/engineers for asset condition monitoring activities.
- Execute planned works involving MV switchgears, RMUs, feeder pillars, and oil/dry-type distribution transformers.
- Carry out and interpret results from:

- Infrared thermography inspections (Level 1 Certified)
- Partial discharge detection and diagnosis
- Oil sampling and analysis for transformers
- Perform EHS risk assessments and conduct daily toolbox talks to ensure worksite safety.
- Conduct site inspections, capture photographic evidence, and report anomalies promptly.
- Coordinate with the Project Engineer and Kahramaa control center on ongoing and upcoming works.
- Ensure calibration and readiness of all diagnostic and test equipment used by the team.
- Communicate and assign daily work plans, ensuring team readiness and on-time reporting at the muster point.
- Maintain the quality and integrity of collected data and ensure compliance with approved methods and standards.
- Prepare detailed reports on abnormalities and submit urgent alerts when necessary.

**Required Qualifications and Experience**:

- Bachelor’s Degree (4 years) or Diploma (3 years) in Electrical Engineering from a recognized institution.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant site experience in MV/HV transmission or distribution networks.
- Strong knowledge of MV/HV assets and field diagnostic techniques.

**Mandatory Certifications**:

- Asset Management (from a recognized organization in the field)
- Certified Oil Sampler (approved laboratory or training provider)
- Infrared Thermography Level 1
- Partial Discharge Diagnosis
- EHS Certification
- First Aid and Fire Warden Training

**Required Skills**:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital logging tools.
- Strong understanding of safety protocols related to high-voltage environments.
- Excellent communication, reporting, and team leadership skills.
- Fluency in English (local language skills are an advantage).
- Ability to independently manage site activities and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.

**Additional Information**:

- This position is for a major infrastructure project under Kahramaa.
