Sales Executive

As a Sales Executive specializing in the HORECA (Hotel, Restaurant, and Catering) and the Institutional channel, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with key clients in the hospitality industry and Goverment instituitions. Your role involves developing and implementing effective sales strategies, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing exceptional service to our HORECA partners.
Develop and execute a comprehensive sales plan for the HORECA and Institutional channel.
Identify new business opportunities and potential clients within the hospitality/government sector.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in hotels, restaurants, and catering establishments.
Stay informed about industry standards and regulations affecting the HORECA and Institutional channel.
Provide regular and detailed sales reports, focusing on key metrics and performance indicators relevant to the HORECA and Institutional channel.
Assist in the preparation of the annual sales budget, specifically tailored to the Institutional channel and the HORECA channel's requirements.
Contribute to business development activities aimed at expanding our presence in the Institutions and HORECA market.
Schedule distribution routes and ensure efficient outreach to HORECA and Institutions.
Collaborate with the logistics team to optimize delivery processes for better customer satisfaction.
Proven experience in sales, preferably within the HORECA sector.
**Job Type**: Permanent
Pay: Up to QAR4,000.00 per month
**Education**:
- Bachelor's (preferred)
**Experience**:
- FMCG SALES EXPERIENCE IN HORECA CHANNEL: 3 years (required)
- HORECA / Institutional Sales: 3 years (required)
**Language**:
- FLUENT ENGLISH AND ARABIC (required)
License/Certification:
- QATAR DRIVING LICENSE (preferred)
