**Position Summary**:
Primarily supervises front office team members to ensure efficient and smooth operations for producing excellent feedback and guest satisfaction. Responds in a professional and courteous manner to guests by providing accurate and timely information and services.

You will also ensure hotel/Suite charges are processed diligently to guest's accounts, invoices are accurate, billing instructions are verified, all necessary supporting bills and vouchers are attached for direct settlements.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:
Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office.
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls Courteously and accurately answers inquiries from potential guests and accepts hotel reservations.
- Responds to telephone and in-person inquiries regarding reservations, hotel information and guest concerns.
- Perform all check-in and check-out tasks.
- Manage online and phone reservations.
- Inform customers about payment methods and verify their credit card data.
- Register guests collecting necessary information (like contact details and exact dates of their stay)
- Provide information about our hotel, available rooms, rates, and amenities.
- Liaise with our housekeeping staff to ensure all rooms are clean, tidy, and fully furnished to accommodate guests’ needs.

Position : Hotel Front Office Agent (Male Arabic)

**Responsibilities**:

- To confirm group reservations and arrange personalized services for VIP customers and event attendees, like wedding guests.
- Maintain updated records of bookings and payments.

**Requirements and skills**
- Work experience as a Hotel Front Desk Agent, Receptionist, or similar role
- Experience with hotel reservations software, like Cloud beds and RoomKey PMS
- Understanding of how travel planning websites operate, like Booking and TripAdvisor
- Customer service attitude
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Speaking English & Arabic

**PREREQUISITES**:
A positive attitude and excellent communication skills. Experience of motivating and leading a winning team. Ability to remain calm whilst under pressure. Knowledge of IDS/ Opera / Fidelio or other Property Management System is required.

**Education**:
Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management is an asset or Graduates or diploma holders in another field with a positive attitude is also considerable. Computer Knowledge and experience in MS office programs. Moderate Arabic language is a big plus.

**Experience**:
Minimum 2 to 3 years work experience as Front Office Associate / Front office cashier in a hotel/suite, where one year must be on supervisory level.
