Front Office Supervisor

**Responsibilities**:
- Supervise, delegate, and actively participate in all duties performed by Guest Service Agents (GSAs), ensuring proper follow-up on tasks.
- Take full responsibility for the shift in progress, overseeing all front desk operations.
- Prepare room blocking for individual guests, groups, and crews as required.
- Ensure all necessary information is accurately documented, updated, and readily available to meet guest requests.
- Manage store requisitions and monitor the correct usage of office supplies.
- Ensure the front desk is staffed at all times.
- Enforce strict adherence to the hotel’s credit policy.
- Oversee proper implementation of key handling procedures.
- Ensure staff attendance at briefings conducted by senior team members.
- Monitor and enforce personal grooming and hygiene standards among staff.
- Ensure staff consistently uphold hotel standards of guest courtesy.
- Plan room assignments based on reservations and specific guest requests.
- Regularly review the Front Office night report for accuracy and follow-up.
- Provide guidance on maximizing average room rates according to season and current pricing.
- Communicate information about corporate products and ensure their correct implementation.
- Notify management of VIP arrivals promptly.
- Oversee the regular operation of hotel transport services.
- Ensure the front desk team is informed about all in-house functions and events.
- Oversee the effective handling and resolution of guest complaints.
- Foster a proactive sales spirit among employees to optimize performance and results.
- Conduct employee evaluation interviews and performance reviews.
- Monitor and follow up on staff participation in training courses.
- Assess training needs and provide necessary training for team members.
- Communicate new hotel programs to staff and ensure their implementation.
- Undertake any additional assignments as directed by management.
- Ensure strict compliance with all safety rules and regulations.
- Attend all mandatory statutory training sessions.
- Ensure all staff attend required fire and safety training programs.
