**Senior Instrumentation Engineer**

**Responsibilities**:
Performs complex engineering tasks and particularly important engineering work efficiently and accurately.
Extracts engineering information from CAD drawings. Prepares engineering computations, material quantity takeoffs, estimates, surveys, and designs.

Frequently interfaces with other Engineering disciplines as well as other departments.
Prepares detailed requisitions for equipment and materials.
Reviews supplier drawing submittals and performs technical bid analyses.
Prepares and issues specifications, data sheets, and other construction documents.
Provides technical guidance to CAD Designer/Drafters, Designers, and lower level Engineers working on the same project.
May act in an advisory capacity to senior management personnel on engineering related matters.
Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's Engineering Degree in Instrumentation and Control or Electronic or Electronics & Instrumentation Engineering from an accredited University

2. Minimum 15 years demonstrable experience, with minimum 8 years experiences in supervision of design & build Control & Instrumentation system such as field Instruments, PLC and SCADA, fiber optic communication cables, testing and commissioning of Instrumentation and Control systems in pump station, sewerage treatment works, or equivalent projects.

3. MMUP Professional Engineer registration is required.

4. Must be able to review and supervise a broad range of Control Instrumentation design and construction activities on a variety of public infrastructure projects including treatment works, pump stations and similar works

5. Experience in operating in multi-cultural environment

6. Computer skills and ability to utilize design software is mandatory

7. Competent at Microsoft Word and Excel and applicable design software.

8. Proficient in the implementation of various PLC and SCADA systems.
