Job Title: Commercial Director - Airport Expansion Project

Our client, a leading Project Management Consultancy (PMC) firm, is seeking a talented and experienced Commercial Director to join their team and contribute to a prestigious airport expansion project in Doha, Qatar. **Responsibilities**:

- Lead the commercial strategy and oversee all aspects of the commercial operations related to the airport expansion project.
- Provide strategic guidance and support to project teams, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, commercial objectives, and legal requirements.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, contractors, suppliers, and regulatory authorities.
- Negotiate contracts, manage variations, and resolve commercial disputes in a proactive and professional manner.
- Monitor project finances, budgets, and cash flows, implementing necessary controls to maximize profitability.
- Conduct market analysis and identify new business opportunities for the company's growth in the aviation sector.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize project delivery, enhance operational efficiency, and drive continuous improvement.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. A master's degree would be advantageous.
- Extensive experience in commercial management within the construction, engineering, or infrastructure industry, ideally with exposure to airport projects.
- Proven track record of successfully leading and managing large-scale projects, delivering results within budget and time constraints.
- Sound knowledge of commercial and contractual principles, with the ability to navigate complex legal frameworks.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, capable of building and maintaining effective relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Fluency in English is essential, both written and verbal.
