**Warehouse Supervisor**
**Job Description**:
- Maintain receiving, warehousing and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating and enforcing procedures
- Comply with standard practices in local warehousing, material handling and shipping requirements by studying existing and new legislation
- Enforcing adherence to requirements and escalating required actions to management
- Safeguard warehouse operations by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols
- Control inventory levels by conducting physical counts and reconcile with WMS data
- Maintain proper physical condition of warehouse by planning and implementing new design layouts, inspecting equipment and issuing work orders for repair and / or replacement
- Complete warehouse operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees and following up on work results
- Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing results as per budget and management expectations
**Requirements**:
- Excellent communication skills
- Previous experience of at least 3 years from logistics industry (warehouse experience) is required
- Knowledge of English language is necessary (Arabic is an advantage)
- Strong dispute and complaint resolution abilities
- Flexibility on working time
Deadline : April 15
**Salary**: Up to QAR4,000.00 per month
