Position Overview We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Operations Manager
- Hospitality to oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure excellence across all hospitality services. This leadership role requires a professional with strong expertise in hospitality management, operational efficiency, and customer experience. The Senior Operations Manager will play a pivotal role in driving growth, maintaining standards, and enhancing the overall guest journey.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage hospitality operations across multiple outlets.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and service quality.
- Oversee budgets, resource allocation, and financial performance.
- Ensure compliance with Qatar’s hospitality regulations and international standards.
- Collaborate with culinary, service, and marketing teams to deliver cohesive experiences.
- Monitor performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Mentor and guide hospitality teams, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability. Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 8-12 years of experience in hospitality operations, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale hospitality operations successfully.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Deep understanding of hospitality trends, customer service standards, and operational frameworks.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, customer-focused environments.
