Responsible for the strategic leadership of the IT Departments’ development programs.
- Provide guidance and counsel to the IT Department and key members of the leadership team, working closely with project managers, engineers, leaders, and the client entities in defining objectives for information technology strategy, while building relationships and goodwill.
- Work with department leadership team to oversee the formation and operations of Clinet IT Department. Promote collaborative, empowered working environments across department, removing barriers and realizing possibilities.
- Engage in professional development of the department to maintain continual growth in professional skills and knowledge.
- Provide leadership philosophy for the Information Technology Department Team to create a strong bridge between other departments and entities inside client, build respect for the contributions of all and bring groups together to share information and resources and create better decisions, policies and practices for client IT Department.
- Mentor the Information Technology Department’s Team members and implement professional development plans for all members of the team.
- Represent the client IT Department on committees and boards which related to IT Director Office.
- Perform special projects, tasks, documentations and other duties as assigned by the Information Technology Heads/Leads and IT Director’s Office.
- Strategy Advisor to client IT Department. Work closely with IT leaders, Project Managers, Engineers, Technical Experts across the department.
- Create education and awareness programs and advise team members/departments at all levels on strategy and best practices.
- Pursue IT departments new initiatives to address unique needs in the projects till the project assigned to a Project Manager.

**Requirement**
- A bachelor’s degree in management information science or other related field is required; an advanced PG degree is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience as PMO, IT Application Management
- Experience in Project Management, IT network concepts, Severe and storage technology

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
