Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented **Senior Irrigation Engineer **to join our team In this role you will have the opportunity for the overall supervision of the landscape irrigation design for public realm, roadways, public parks, planning and infrastructure projects.

**What You'll be Doing**:

- Able to demonstrate ability to lead and undertake the above responsibilities independently.
- The incumbent at this level, is required to regularly exercises discretion and independent judgment in developing original designs and is proficient in the utilization of standard landscape irrigation techniques.
- Performs a variety of assignments such as conducting landscape irrigation studies, developing design concepts, design criteria, and preparing related reports. Able to manage sensitive and sometimes confidential information.
- Develops design solutions and prepares high quality presentation drawings with the assistance of other team members.
- Provides technical guidance to CADD Designer/Drafters working on the same project.
- Prepares technical packages from concept design, through detailed design to tender and contract documentation.
- Prepares reports, submissions, and responses to client comments.
- Presentations to clients and various governmental agencies for approval.
- Provides leadership. support and production assistance to team members.
- Completes other duties as assigned.

**What Required Skills You'll Bring**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Irrigation Engineer /Agriculture or relevant Engineering degree.
- Minimum 10 years relevant landscape irrigation design experience.
- Preferably with the design work experience in Qatar, UAE, KSA or Middle East.
- UPDA/MME Certification.
- Proficient in utilizing AutoCAD / Civil 3D.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proficient in Irrigation/FX
- Shall be a self-motivated individual who is able to take responsibility and demonstrates initiative and a proactive approach to daily tasks and design skills.
- Ability to write technical documents and correspondence.
- Good spoken and written English language is necessary.
