Meet with new residents to coordinate move-in as assigned by director of sales.
- Manage the occupancy process from receipt of deposit to move in, continuously promoting the community to that individual.
- Help facilitate in making transitions smooth as possible.
- Prepare closing packets and coordinate all aspects pertaining to scheduling move-ins and develop move-in guide.
- Facilitate the selections process, based upon current Lifespace standard selections and operating procedures.
- Maintain knowledge of and follow all company policies and procedures.
- Keep all appropriate parties apprised of move-in dates and possible adjustments.
- Communicate with the sales team and new resident to assure destinations are ready for move-in.
- Comply with applicable federal, state and local laws, rules, and regulations.
- Ensure previous issues are addressed and resolved in a timely fashion
- Maintain positive, consistent communication with departments and corporate staff.
