**About Dieture**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate with drivers to schedule order pickup, shipment, tracking, and customer delivery.
- Address customer issues promptly and provide timely updates on order status to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Enhance the customer experience by providing real-time order visibility, tracking, and notifications.
- Establish and optimize delivery routes and schedules to ensure on-time deliveries.
- Analyze customer orders, assess order volume, and plan for peak delivery times.
- Monitor and manage the performance of courier services, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective action plans when necessary.
- Regularly evaluate delivery times, costs, and other metrics to maximize efficiency.
- Track and report performance data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to upper management.
- Negotiate courier contracts to ensure the best pricing and services.
- Ensure compliance with local and state transportation laws and regulations.
- Perform any other related tasks as required.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree or certifications in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in delivery operations, preferably in a managerial role.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage conflicting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Expert knowledge of local, state, and federal transportation laws and regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in using a variety of order management and tracking software.
- Strong data entry, data analysis, and report-generating skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Must have good communication skills in English, Hindi and Malayalam.
- Arabic communication is an added advantage
