**The Role**

As our accounts continue to grow, we are looking to bolster our exceptional team and are looking for an Executive to join us. This is a great opportunity to work with a network of strategic communications specialists, and working for prestigious clients across the public, private, and philanthropic sectors, including some exciting new clients from around the world.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Helping to coordinate and manage relationships with clients;
- Helping to devise and manage proactive and reactive media engagement strategies;
- Develop accurate and timely monitoring notes on coverage and developments relevant to our clients
- Drafting a range of materials from press releases and opinion articles to political and media briefings;
- Supporting and, where necessary, coordinating and managing media sell-ins;
- Responding quickly and accurately to client requests;
- Helping to organise and coordinate events, and political or media contact programmes;
- Oversee and ensure high-quality work is delivered by our interns to agreed deadlines
- Where necessary, participating in pitches and suggesting new lines of potential business;
- Undertaking ad-hoc research to support new business proposals and pitches.
