**Starting** Salary**:QAR 6,800++ (Full package / All In; **Negotiable based on experience and skills**)**

Gym location**:West Walk District, Salwa Road, QATAR**

Open Hours**:8:00am to 9:00pm **(Subject to change based on business needs)

**Position Overview**: We are seeking a passionate and experienced Female Fitness Trainer to join our team as a Gym Manager. As the Gym Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our fitness facility, ensuring the smooth running of all fitness programs, and providing exceptional customer service to our members. This role requires a strong background in fitness training, excellent managerial skills, and a dedication to creating a positive and inclusive gym environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Fitness Training and Coaching**_:

- Design and deliver personalized fitness programs for clients, catering to their individual needs and goals.
- Conduct one-on-one training sessions, group fitness classes, and provide guidance on proper exercise techniques.
- Motivate and inspire clients to achieve their fitness goals through positive reinforcement and support.
- **Gym Operations Management**_:

- Manage all aspects of the gym's daily operations, including scheduling, staff management, and facility maintenance.
- Oversee the cleanliness and organization of the gym, ensuring it meets high standards of hygiene and safety.
- Handle member inquiries, resolve complaints, and maintain a welcoming and inclusive environment for all gym users.
- **Staff Supervision and Training**_:

- Recruit, hire, train, and evaluate fitness trainers and support staff.
- Provide ongoing coaching and support to the gym team, fostering a positive work culture and promoting professional development.
- Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate updates, goals, and performance expectations.
- **Sales and Marketing**_:

- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract new members and retain existing ones.
- Conduct gym tours, showcase fitness programs, and promote the benefits of membership to potential clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content for social media platforms and the gym's website.
- **Administrative Tasks**_:

- Maintain accurate records of member attendance, payments, and personal training sessions.
- Handle financial transactions, including membership sign-ups, renewals, and merchandise sales.
- Prepare reports on gym performance, membership growth, and client progress.

**Requirements**:

- Certified Female Fitness Trainer with a minimum of 2 years of experience in personal training and group fitness instruction.
- Proven track record in managing a fitness facility or team.
- Excellent knowledge of fitness training techniques, nutrition, and health.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with diverse individuals and build positive relationships.
- Proficient in using gym management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

**Salary**: From QAR6,800.00 per month
