**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Social Media Management**:
- Develop, manage, and execute social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
- Create engaging, high-quality content including posts, stories, reels, videos, and graphics to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Monitor social media trends, competitors, and industry benchmarks to refine strategies and ensure relevance.
- Manage the day-to-day posting schedule, community engagement, and respond to messages, comments, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.
- Analyze and report on social media performance using analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.
2. **Marketing Strategy and Calendar Creation**:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business goals and audience preferences.
- Plan and create a monthly content calendar, ensuring consistent, timely, and relevant content that promotes gym services, events, and promotions.
- Collaborate with the gym's internal team to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and overall gym objectives.
3. **Local Company Collaborations**:
- Identify, approach, and build relationships with local businesses and companies for potential collaborations that align with StrongBox's brand.
- Develop and manage partnership campaigns that enhance visibility, offer mutual benefits, and strengthen community ties.
4. **Influencer Marketing**:
- Identify and build relationships with local influencers, athletes, and brand ambassadors who align with the StrongBox ethos.
- Develop and manage influencer marketing campaigns to promote StrongBox and its services.
- Track and measure the ROI of influencer partnerships and collaborations.
5. **Brand Promotion & Campaigns**:
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote gym services, special offers, memberships, and events.
- Design and implement paid advertising campaigns on social media platforms and Google Ads.
- Ensure consistent branding across all digital platforms and marketing materials.
6. **Reporting & Analytics**:
- Track, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, social media posts, and influencer collaborations.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on performance data to refine and improve future campaigns.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or a related role.
- Experience in managing social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.) and influencer marketing.
- Strong understanding of local culture and trends in Qatar.
- Excellent communication, writing, and creative skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in design and video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Final Cut Pro) is a plus.
