As a QA/QC engineer you will be responsible for ensuring that the products & services provided by a company are in compliance with relevant industry standards, regulations, quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) and client requirement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and implement quality assurance and quality control procedures and processes specific to the projects as per Organizational requirements.
- Conduct inspections and audits to ensure compliance with quality standards, codes, and regulations. This includes regular site visits, inspecting materials, components, and systems at various stages of projects or work sites.
- Coordinate and conduct testing and evaluation of materials and products to identify defects and ensure conformance to specifications. Maintain comprehensive documentation of test results and quality assurance activities.
- Identify non-conformances and initiate corrective actions to address deviations from quality standards.
- Implement preventive measures to avoid recurrence of quality issues.
- Provide training and guidance to project teams and stakeholders on quality requirements, procedures, and best practices including ISO/ICV standards.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product/work quality, reliability, and customer satisfaction. Analyze quality data and metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, regulations, and quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001).

**Requirements**:

- BE in Civil Engineering.
- Min. 10 - 15 years in building & infrastructure; Qatar Energy experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of QCS & Shell DEP specifications
- ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor certification.
- Prior Qatar Energy project approval preferred
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.

Pay: QAR7,000.00 - QAR9,000.00 per month
