- **Job Duties**:

- Specific tasks under supervision of Proposals Manager:

- Electronic Filing of all correspondences
- Maintaining electronic files of Correspondences, Contracts, Tenders
- Transmittal of correspondences back and forth with Customers
- Distribution as necessary of correspondence from Customers to appropriate Halliburton teams and personnel
- Transmittal of Contract documents to Region office
- Verbal communication with Customers on routine matters, for example timing, confirmation of correspondence received, etc.
- Tracking and managing Performance Bonds and Bank Guarantees in collaboration with Treasury and Finance departments
- Tracking expiry and renewal of insurance tied to Contracts in collaboration local insurance companies and Halliburton Risk Management department
- Maintain and update Halliburton records with Customers including Company registrations- ** Qualifications**:

- A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Good interpersonal skills, communication abilities, and problem-solving skills
- Minimum 3 to 5 year experience in carrying out similar job duties & responsibilities.**Halliburton is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
