**Hotel Operations Manager**

About the Role:
You’ll be responsible for:
Overseeing key operational areas while directly managing F&B performance, guest experience, and sales activities — playing a pivotal role in driving growth and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead day-to-day operations across the hotel, including Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, and basic procurement.
- Drive F&B performance through menu development, promotions, and guest satisfaction strategies.
- Directly manage relationships with corporate clients, event organizers, and long-term guests.
- Implement service standards and train staff to meet high-end hospitality expectations.
- Coordinate closely with kitchen and service teams to optimize dining and event experiences.
- Plan and execute local marketing initiatives and hotel promotions.
- Manage operational budgets, control costs, and track departmental performance metrics.
- Report directly to ownership/GM with performance insights and improvement plans.

What We’re Looking For:

- 8-10+ years of experience in hotel operations, preferably in 4-star+ properties.
- Proven ability to manage multiple departments within a lean structure.
- Strong track record in F&B leadership and revenue growth.
- Experience handling corporate sales or event business is a strong plus.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
- Degree in Hotel Management or related field preferred.
- Familiarity with hotel systems (e.g., MICROS, ITC) and digital marketing tools is an advantage.
