A reputed Driving Academy in QATAR is looking for below position ( Local Hire )**:

- Transportation Supervisor.**

**Job Purpose**:

- To carry out duties and responsibilities, the assistant transportation supervisor will work cooperatively and in a supportive manner with all district and building administrators and program managers.
- The assistant transportation supervisor will perform Academy's bus dispatch and control activities and be responsible for training, and supervising bus drivers with the cooperation of the Transport supervisor.

**Job specification & Skills**:

- At least 4-5 years experience in same field.
- Customer Service.
- Driving techniques
- Services Knowledge.
- Problem Solving.
- Multi-tasking.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Make the necessary guidance and observations in line with the achievement of policies and plans approved for transfer.
- Follow-up of collective and individual transport.
- Ensure compliance with deadlines to car traffic and bus transportation back and forth and commitment Sir lines and take into account the safety and comfort of customers.
- Lose the safety of road transport operations that fall within its competence.
- Follow-up to correct any errors, and handle any problems in cooperation with the concerned authorities.
- Coordination according to the instructions approved and scheduled.
- Receiving orders and requests for various transport, and forwarded for implementation.
- Follow-up on the latest developments and the development of methods of work procedures.
- Improve the quality of services provided.
- Technical and administrative supervision on drivers, and evaluate their performance and achievements with the cooperation of the Transport supervisor.
- Propose programs to raise the level of drivers knowledge and develop their abilities.
- Employ, train, assign, direct, supervise, evaluate, and, as necessary, discipline employees in the transportation department.
- Accept and process transportation requests.
- Make a Brief to drivers on special requirements, road conditions, routing, and all out-of-the-ordinary conditions.
- Train prospective substitute bus drivers and secure qualified substitute bus drivers as needed to cover bus routes in the absence of regular drivers.
- Instruct substitute bus drivers on routing, schedules, and other factors necessary to perform efficiently.
- Maintain continuing checks to ensure that all routes and assignments are served as scheduled.
- Accept bus trouble calls from mechanics.
- Replace buses, drivers, etc., to meet needs.
- Advise building officials of route changes, bus changes, late arrivals, departures, etc.
- Repair and maintain all route maps, including masters, school copies, and driver copies.
- Assist in assignment of routes, buses, and drivers.
- Assist in developing route systems.
