The Operation Manager is responsible for administering and coordinating the transport service operations and managing workforce in accordance with the Company objectives, policies and procedures.

**Key Responsibilities / Major Tasks**:

- Oversees transportation service scheduling and routing, customer service and billing.
- Plans, directs, coordinates and reviews the work plan for the staff; assign work activities, review and evaluate work methods and procedures; meet with staff, to identify and resolve problems.
- Manages safety & accident handling, transport fare, operations software and other related issues.
- Maintains consistency in transportation vehicles and as well as driver-customer-relation, looks, service, etc.
- Ensures a top quality people transport services and analyzes customers’ feedback and complaints.
- Manages the timely clearance of traffic violations, vehicle breakdowns, renewal of driver’s and vehicles registrations, etc. to ensure smooth operations.
- Prescribes and enforce rule and procedures for efficient management of workforce and adequate job performance.
- Design and administer training and employment programs in accordance with established provisions.
- Ensures that vehicles and drivers reflect company standards and maintains composure, professionalism and courtesy with all customers.
- Ensures the development operational plans, priorities, performance measurements, management controls and critical success factors.
- Keeps updated on pertinent legislation, regulations, and developments in the people transportation industry and disseminate to appropriate personnel.
- Keeps abreast with changes and emerging issues of significance in the people transportation Industry.
- Performs other duties assigned by Reporting Manager as per the business requirements.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Bachelor's Degree in business administration or any similar discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of transport industry experience, with a minimum 3 years of experience as operations supervisor/manager or similar role for a successful people transport company.
