We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a **USED CAR SALES EXECUTIVE **at EASY SELL BUY CAR LLC, a leading online premium automobile vehicle selling and purchasing platform in Qatar.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Strategic Vehicle Identification:

- Employ comprehensive market analysis to identify potential vehicles for buying.
- Utilize industry knowledge to assess market trends and identify high-demand premium category vehicles.
- Implement strategic initiatives to enhance the diversity in the company's vehicle inventory stock.
- Visit seller locations with prospective buyers for vehicle viewing and use proven sales techniques to effectively present and buy vehicles.

2. Thorough Vehicle Evaluation:

- Conduct meticulous inspections and assessments of vehicles to ensure quality and value.
- Collaborate with technical experts to evaluate the condition and potential refurbishment needs.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of vehicle specifications and market values.

3. Negotiation and Deal Structuring:

- Completing the negotiation, purchasing, and transfer of legal ownership of the purchased vehicle and providing the required documents to the Administration department to complete the purchase process.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with sellers to facilitate ongoing partnerships.
- Utilize analytical skills to structure deals that align with company objectives.

4. Record Keeping and Documentation:

- Maintain accurate and organized records of all purchased vehicles and ensure that the vehicles are purchased with all required accessories and documents.
- Must be able to make detailed financial decisions within strict time frames and retain crucial information regarding the retail/wholesale vehicle market.

5. Integration with Sales Team:

- Work closely with the sales consultant to seamlessly integrate purchased vehicles into the inventory for further selling to potential customers.
- Provide relevant insights to support sales strategies and enhance customer offerings to close the sales deals.
- Ensuring that the key performance indicators of purchase, stock age, trade sales, and gross margin are met.

**Key Requirements**:

- Ability to speak, write, and read in Arabic and English to deal with customers
- Must be currently resident in Qatar and have driving license and car
- Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Must have a minimum working experience of 5 years in the used car in the Qatar market,
- In-depth knowledge of vehicle make models, market dynamics, vehicle technology, and reconditioning costs.
