To uphold the highest standards of food safety and hygiene, we are seeking a dedicated and experienced Food and Safety Officer to join our dynamic team.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Ensure Regulatory Compliance:

- Oversee and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal food safety regulations.
- Stay updated on industry standards and implement best practices to maintain a safe and sanitary kitchen environment.

2. Conduct Inspections:

- Perform regular inspections of the kitchen facilities, equipment, and food preparation areas.
- Identify and address potential health and safety hazards.

3. Implement Food Safety Protocols:

- Develop and enforce robust food safety protocols and procedures.
- Conduct training sessions for kitchen staff to promote awareness and adherence to food safety guidelines.

4. Hygiene Management:

- Monitor personal hygiene practices of kitchen staff.
- Implement and maintain sanitation and hygiene standards in accordance with industry regulations.

5. Incident Response:

- Investigate and address any reported incidents related to food safety promptly.
- Collaborate with relevant teams to implement corrective actions and preventive measures.

6. Documentation and Reporting:

- Maintain detailed records of food safety inspections, incidents, and corrective actions taken.
- Generate regular reports for management on food safety performance and compliance.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Nutrition, or a related field.

2. Proven experience as a Food and Safety Officer or in a similar role within the food industry.

3. In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations, HACCP principles, and best practices.

4. Strong communication and training skills.

5. Attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing potential issues.

6. Relevant certifications in food safety and sanitation.
