1. Plan and oversee the Hygiene & Safety of VIBE’s operations including: Food production, food storage, food handling and food delivery, Identify food hazards. AT LEAST, 2 YEARS EXPERIENCE AS SAFETY OFFICER AND 2 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN GCC.

2. Ensure the compliance of end products with the regulations and standards set by the Ministry of Public Health in Qatar, Ministry of Municipality.

3. Conduct regular inspections on Restaurants and CPU during preparation and On-site phase

4. Conducting internal Food Hygiene audit & recommending the corrective actions verifying the closure of the findings.

5. Verify the compliance of monthly Microbiological & Chemical analysis reports of Food, Water & Ice against required standards.

6. Managed overall food hygiene, sanitation and ensured standard of operation in assigned restaurants outlets.

7. Conduct quality control in all sections of the restaurants, ensure that service quality is consistently maintained at a high level, and act in accordance with business policies.

8. Prepared and maintained corrective action register for non-compliance items arising from internal/external audit and inspections.

9. Consulted with municipal personnel /clients expert on food safety & quality, health & safety matters based on contract requirement and changes

10. Planned, implemented & monitored pest management system and other environment activities according to operational requirement

11. Prepare on weekly basis report to Management after inspection in restaurants and highlight the findings during every week.

**Salary**: From QAR10,000.00 per month
