Position Title: Project Civil Engineer

Location: Birkath , Qatar

Responsibilities-

Design and Planning:

  • Develop detailed engineering designs and specifications for civil engineering projects.
  • Prepare project proposals, including cost estimates and timelines.

Project Management:

  • Oversee construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to design specifications and standards.
  • Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project goals are met.

Site Supervision:

  • Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.
  • Address any issues or discrepancies that arise during construction.

Regulatory Compliance:

  • Ensure all projects comply with local, state, and federal regulations and codes.
  • Prepare and submit necessary documentation for permits and approvals.

Technical Analysis:

  • Perform calculations and analyses to ensure structural integrity and safety.
  • Utilize software and modeling tools for design and analysis.

Communication and Reporting:

  • Prepare regular progress reports and presentations for stakeholders.
  • Liaise with clients, government agencies, and community members regarding project status and concerns.

Problem Solving:

  • Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Propose innovative solutions to improve project efficiency and sustainability.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering .
  • QATAR MMUP/UPDA approved
  • 8 to 10 years of relevant experience preferably in Civil infra company
  • Strong understanding of engineering principles, design standards, and construction practices.
