**POSITION**:SHES Coordinator

**Experience**:

- SHES Coordinator: 7 Years (preferred)

**Responsibilities / Roles**:

- Responsible for all coordination of the SHES technical assistants working in a Brownfield and Greenfield LNG area
- Coordinating the Audit Team arranging the audit schedule on all Sub-Contractors, ensuring timely close out of all Audit findings for submittal to the Client
- Preview all daily SCAR reports from the SHES Coordinators and ensure timely close out of action items
- Monitor the implementation of all SHES Policies, procedures, Method Statements and Risk Assessments by the site supervision
- Identify training requirements for the SHES Staff for continuous improvement - Support the Deputy SHES Manager
- Reports directly to the Project SHES Manager
