**Job Purpose**:
The **Technical Office Engineer** is responsible for preparing cost estimates, BOQs, tender documents, and pricing strategies for swimming pool construction and maintenance projects. The role involves analyzing project requirements, reviewing technical specifications, sourcing materials, and coordinating with suppliers to ensure accurate and competitive pricing for tenders and ongoing projects.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design & Build of Swimming Pool, Fountains, Landscape & Sports Facilities.
- Study **tender documents, drawings, specifications, and project scope**.
- Prepare **detailed cost estimates** for swimming pool construction and maintenance projects.
- Develop and review **Bill of Quantities (BOQs)** based on design drawings and technical specifications.
- Prepare **tender submissions**, including pricing, technical clarifications, and supporting documents.
- Ensure estimates are accurate, competitive, and aligned with company profit margins.
- Preparation Bill of Quantity (BOQ), Tender Documents and Material Submittal documents.
- Preparation of material submittal, method statement and letter correspondence.
- Conduct technical studies and propose suitable equipment, materials, and methods.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- **Experience**: Minimum **3-5 years** of experience in **swimming pool construction and maintenance estimation**.
