Technical office engineer

only Egyptian Nationality more than 5 years' experience in construction field.

with valid Qatari driving licenses.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Planning the work in technical department for Projects

Scheduling work to draftsman and maintaining proper documentation of projects in server.

Checking the Formwork drawings and TCMI of the draftsman

Preparing design calculation, design drawings and estimating the quantities as per the design

Preparing rental and sales offer sheet

Coordinating to Clients, site personnel, logistics sales for all queries

Preparing shop drawing, Pre-qualification Document and Method statement

Conducting site inspection and site training programs

Preparing casting certificate & site inspection report.

Attending Site meetings with sale personals.

2. Qualification and Requirement:
Must be a civil engineer by profession.

UPDA License is additional points.

Must have knowledge of AUTOCAD.

Must have knowledge in Scaffoldings and Formwork design.

Good communication skills

Knowledge of Microsoft Office especially word, Excel and power pont presentation

Respectful with good patience skills.
