**Role Description**

This is a full-time remote role for an Outreach Specialist at Silverfox Digital LLC. The Outreach Specialist will be responsible for managing in-house customer outreach campaigns, building and maintaining relationships with prospects, potential partners, conducting research for sales development, and writing outreach materials. They will also provide excellent customer service and support to client prospects as well, with frequent contact.

**Qualifications**
- Strong English-language verbal communication and writing skills
- Arabic verbal & writing skills would be considered a plus
- Experience in Digital Marketing
- Experience in Cold-Outreach Sales
- Ability to conduct research efficiently, ability to analyze data, and a strong sense of articulating your findings
- Exceptional team communications skills and high-character work ethic
- Strong presentation skills (from creation of pitch presentations, through to delivery of presentations)
- Expertise in Google Slides and PowerPoint
- Experience using Sales CRM software and a power-user of LinkedIn
- Ability to work Sunday to Thursday afternoons and evenings and to assume other duties or timings as needed

Additional qualifications that would be beneficial for this role include:

- Bachelor's Degree in Digital Marketing (or a related degree program)
- Experience in digital marketing or professional services sales
- Knowledge of social media platforms and their use in outreach
- Experience in ChatGPT and other Marketing AI tool sets
- Experience working remotely

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 9 months

**Salary**: QAR500.00 - QAR5,000.00 per month
