We are seeking a **Real Estate Lead Generation Specialist** to support our sales & leasing team. This is an office-based position that focuses on identifying and qualifying potential leads and clients for our agents.

**Qualifications**:

- Prior experience in a real estate or sales environment is a plus, but not required.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage and track multiple leads.
- Comfortable working with CRM systems and data entry.
- Ability to work independently, with mínimal supervision, in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented.
- A positive attitude and a strong desire to contribute to a team’s success.

Pay: QAR3,000.00 per month
