With a strong focus on quality, precision, and innovation, we are expanding our design team and are looking for a technically sound and experienced **AutoCAD Draftsman** to join our operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare precise and detailed **Shop Drawings** for aluminium, glazing, and façade systems based on architectural and structural drawings.
- Generate **Fabrication Drawings** and cutting lists for manufacturing and on-site installation.
- Interpret architectural and structural plans to extract necessary data for façade and glazing designs.
- Coordinate with project engineers, production teams, and site supervisors to ensure alignment of design intent and execution.
- Ensure all drawings comply with project specifications, technical standards, and fabrication tolerances.
- Revise and update drawings based on consultant feedback, site conditions, or engineering input.
- Maintain organized drawing logs and records for all ongoing projects.
- Participate in project meetings and provide technical input as required.
- Collaborate with the design and engineering teams for optimized and cost-effective façade solutions.

**Required Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Minimum 5 years of relevant experience** in the **Aluminium & Glazing / Façade industry** is **essential**.
- Proficient in **AutoCAD** with strong drafting skills and a deep understanding of aluminium and glazing systems.
- Strong knowledge of **curtain wall systems, aluminium doors and windows, frameless glass systems, ACP cladding, and other glazing elements**.
- Ability to independently produce fabrication-ready drawings with high precision.
- Excellent understanding of construction and installation techniques in aluminium and glazing.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings effectively.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality output.
- Good communication skills to coordinate across departments and external stakeholders.
- Able to manage multiple projects and meet strict deadlines.

**Preferred**:

- Experience with **3D drafting or modeling software** such as Revit, SolidWorks, or SketchUp is an advantage.
- Familiarity with **GCC construction standards** and experience in projects across Qatar, UAE, or other Gulf countries is preferred.
- Knowledge of façade performance criteria such as wind load, water tightness, and thermal insulation is a plus.

**Education**:

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related discipline.
