**Job Description**:
To serve the needs of the business, our guests and our colleagues by being responsible for all hotel financial matters. The Director of Finance is responsible for ensuring that all the financial affairs of the hotel are conducted to the highest standards of honesty and integrity. High ethical standards are necessary to maintain both competitive advantage and the pride and confidence of our associates, and to provide quality products and services to customers and clients.

**Qualifications**:

- Degree in Management, Finance and Accounting, Economics, Business law.
- Professional accounting qualification would be an advantage
- Solid understanding of the hospitality industry, data analytical skills and modern business technologies.
- Professional finance and accounting qualifications with strong technical knowledge is advantageous.
- Minimum five years’ experience as DOF in a five star Hotel/Resort.
- Strong commercial acumen and communication skills, including ability to positively influence Hotel leadership Team is desirable.
