- Offer professional advice on skincare routines and product usage.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and sanitation in the treatment area.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent service.
- Stay updated with the latest skincare trends, products, and technologies.
- Assist in retail sales by recommending skincare products to clients.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Work collaboratively with other beauty professionals in the Company.
- **Education**: Diploma or certification in skincare, aesthetics, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum 3+ years of experience in a similar role in the beauty industry.
- Strong knowledge of skin types, conditions, and treatments.
- Expertise in facials, exfoliation techniques, and skincare products.
- Excellent communication and client service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-end salon/spa environment.
