**Scheduler and Coordinator**:
**Responsibilities**:
Adjust schedules based on special or changing circumstances after consulting with relevant stakeholders.
Efficiently manage and communicate daily changes to schedules.
Develop various schedules, including test work, report meeting, class during report meetings, replacement staff, and excursion schedules.
Communicate schedule updates promptly to teachers and students, providing additional context as needed.
Create comprehensive overviews of all scheduling activities.
**Job Requirements**:
Educational Insight: Understanding of primary to secondary school transition challenges to effectively address queries from teachers, parents, and students.
Organizational Understanding: Familiarity with the school’s structure and operational methods.
Scheduling Skills: Proficiency in crafting complex schedules while balancing organizational requirements and employee preferences.
Documentation Skills: Ability to prepare clear and concise policy memos and overviews.
