**Job Description: Tea, Juice, and Karak Maker**

**Monthly Salary: QAR 2,000 to QAR 2,200 (Full package / All in)**

**Responsibilities**:

- **Beverage Preparation**: Expertly prepare a variety of beverages, following established recipes and maintaining consistency in taste and presentation.
- **Ingredients Management**: Ensure the availability of fresh and high-quality ingredients required for preparation, including tea leaves, spices, milk, sweeteners, and flavorings.
- **Quality Control**: Maintain a high standard of beverage quality, flavor, and appearance, and promptly address any issues or discrepancies that may arise.
- **Customer Service**: Interact with customers in a courteous and friendly manner, take orders, and provide recommendations based on their preferences.
- **Efficiency**: Manage the workflow in the preparation area to ensure timely service during peak hours, while keeping the work station organized and clean.
- **Equipment Maintenance**: Regularly clean and maintain equipment such as teapots, kettles, milk frothers, and other tools to ensure their proper functioning.
- **Menu Innovation**: Collaborate with the management to suggest new flavors, as well as other related beverages, to keep the menu fresh and appealing.
- **Hygiene and Safety**: Adhere to hygiene and food safety regulations while handling ingredients, preparing beverages, and maintaining a clean work environment.
- **Inventory Management**: Assist in monitoring inventory levels of ingredients and notify management when supplies need to be replenished.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience as a tea, juice, or karak maker in a cafe, tea shop, or similar setting is preferred.
- Knowledge of various beverage recipes, preparation techniques, and flavor profiles.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow recipes precisely.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Basic math skills for processing payments and giving change.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong communication skills to interact with both customers and team members.
- Understanding of hygiene and safety regulations related to food and beverage preparation.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

**Salary**: QAR2,000.00 - QAR2,200.00 per month
